With a strong background in manufacturing—specializing in quality control, research and development, and leadership—Johsylyne brings a results-driven mindset to every area of the organization.

She is a highly skilled problem solver with extensive knowledge in architecture, IT infrastructure, process improvement, and operational efficiency. Known within the company as the “muscle and the hammer” of the organization, Johsylyne plays a critical role in maintaining high standards, improving systems, and ensuring projects are executed with precision and accountability.
